News entries (Week 2)

Summary:More than 250,000 gaming enthusiasts thronged one of the biggest gaming and electronics fairs, Licence2play, which was held over three days . After several days of gaming and cyber-wellness talks, fans of the popular role-playing game MapleStory got to attend the official launch of its second episode at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre. They also picked up goodies such as in-game vouchers which they can use to buy decorative items in the game.

Opinions:Although gaming is fun and exciting, it is also harmful. It spoils the eyes and also make people addict to it and become more interested in gaming than studies, and so, their results will worsen. I also heard that gaming too much can cause skin cancer, so, it's better to game as less as possible.

Intresting article...
try to elaborate more on your opinions. Like, by adding how gaming too much can cause skin cancer and the other bad effects of using computer for a long time. Example, it can make people myopic, etc.

Did you just cut and paste your opinions from a public service announcement or were you brainwashed from growing up around the PSAs?

Regardless, the article is indeed interesting, but your opinion had little to do with the article; while your opinions should have been confined to the matter at hand (a group of gamers congregating), they were about the adverse effects of lengthened gaming, which had only a marginal importance to the matter at hand.

In other words, you talk too much about the bad effects of gaming while you should be talking about the expo.
